Does reducing spice affect longevity in food sensitive people?
People who eat spicy foods nearly every day reduce their risk of death by 14 per cent compared with those who consume spicy foods less than once a week. Very high blood pressure and food chemical sensitivity
Question Eighteen months ago I went through issues with very high blood pressure. I was put on BP meds, but my symptoms worsened. I was hospitalized three times in the space of six weeks with blood pressure at 218/115. Once the blood pressure came down I was sent home and nobody could explain it. In hospital I ate very little.
