In the July/August 2017 issue of the USA Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics’ Food & Nutrition Magazine featured an article exploring the existence of non-allergic adverse reaction to foods and the debate over what to do about it. You can view the article here.
I wrote to the editor of the magazine supporting this new direction for dietitians, as dietitians are the profession best equipped to build on what is know to take on this challenge. My letter was featured in the September/October 2017 issue as shown below.
